Terms of Sale

The terms that govern your purchase from marketdrones.com. We've kept this short and written it in the same plain English we use everywhere else on the site. Please read it before you order.

Last updated · June 02, 2026

1. Acceptance

By placing an order on marketdrones.com, you confirm that you've read these terms and agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't place an order. If anything below is unclear, email support@marketdrones.com before checking out and we'll explain.

2. Who we are

MarketDrones, LLC is a private company registered in Texas, address 1809 E. Cesar Chavez Street, Suite 120, Austin, TX 78702. We sell a single product — a foldable 4K camera drone — in three kits, directly to consumers, through this website only. We have no retail partners. If you see our drone being sold somewhere else, please let us know.

3. Pricing and product information

Prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We try to keep product photos, specifications, and figures accurate, but flight time, transmission range, and wind resistance are measured under ideal bench and field conditions and will vary in real-world use with temperature, altitude, wind, and how you fly. Promotional pricing may end without prior notice.

If we make a pricing error

Occasionally a typo means a kit is listed for less than we intend to sell it. If we catch the error before shipping, we'll email you and offer either a refund of your full payment or a chance to pay the difference. We do not silently bill you more than the price you saw at checkout, ever.

4. Order acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you the order confirmation email. Until that email lands, we have not entered into a contract with you and we reserve the right to refuse any order — for example if a kit is sold out, if the billing and shipping addresses don't match in a way that suggests fraud, or if your account history shows excessive returns. We will issue a full refund in any case where we refuse.

5. Payment

We accept all major U.S.-issued credit cards through our payment processor. Payments are charged at the moment the order is placed, not at shipment. If your card is declined, the order is canceled — we will not retry the charge.

6. Shipping

Free ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt and arrive 3 to 5 business days later. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and Canadian addresses are available with a surcharge applied at checkout. Lithium batteries ship by ground only, which is why we don't offer overnight air. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the drone, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve.

7. The 30-day return window

If the drone isn't for you, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Because these are flight devices with lithium batteries, the return condition matters: the airframe and accessories should be undamaged and complete, with the original packaging. A drone that has been crashed, water-damaged, or is missing parts isn't eligible for a return refund — but it may be covered under the warranty or crash-replacement program in section 9. We pay return shipping inside the lower 48 for unflown or lightly-flown units in resalable condition; see the returns and refund details below.

8. Returns and refunds

To start a return, email support@marketdrones.com with your order number within the 30-day window and we'll send a prepaid label (lower 48) or instructions for international returns, which the customer ships at their own cost.

Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned drone. We refund the full purchase price for units in resalable condition. If a returned unit shows damage beyond normal handling, we'll contact you before processing a partial refund or routing the unit through the warranty program instead. The return window is once per household; if you've returned a drone to us before and then order again, the second order is final.

9. Warranty and crash-replacement program

Every MD drone is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects — gimbal failure, motor or ESC failure, battery cells that fail to hold charge, and casting or hinge defects in normal use. The warranty runs from the date of original purchase and applies only to the first owner. To claim, email warranty@marketdrones.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the issue. If we agree the unit failed under warranty, we repair or replace it free, including return shipping.

Separately, the crash-replacement program covers pilot error, which a warranty normally would not: if you crash the drone in normal flying within the first year, we'll replace the airframe one time at a flat parts cost, with no investigation into fault. Use it once; after that, individual parts (props, arms, batteries, gimbal) are available to buy and most are user-replaceable.

What is not covered

10. Safe and legal operation

You are responsible for operating your drone safely and within the law. Drone regulations vary by country, state, and locality and change over time. In the U.S., recreational flyers should pass the free FAA TRUST test and follow the recreational rules; commercial operators need a Part 107 certificate. Do not fly over people, near airports, in restricted airspace, or in a way that endangers anyone. The MD's 249-gram takeoff weight keeps it in the sub-250g class, which affects but does not eliminate your registration and operating obligations. When in doubt, check the current FAA guidance and your local rules before you fly.

11. Acceptable use of the website

You may not (a) attempt to access any non-public area of the site, (b) interfere with the operation of the site, (c) use any automated scraper or bot to harvest content or pricing, or (d) submit fake orders or test-card transactions. All site content — photographs, product descriptions, the brand name, the logo — is copyright MarketDrones, LLC and may not be reused without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost footage, missed shoots, property damage, or third-party claims arising from your operation of the drone. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved through good-faith conversation will be submitted to binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, except that either party may bring a small-claims action in any court of competent jurisdiction. You retain all rights you have as a consumer under your home state or country's law; nothing here waives those.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our business or in the law. We post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the update — orders already in flight are governed by the terms in force when you checked out.
