Talk to a human.

We're a small Austin shop, so the person who answers your email is one of the people who assembled and bench-tested your drone. Pick the right desk below and we'll get back to you fast.

Order support

Questions before or after you buy

Order status, shipping, returns inside the 30-day window, which kit fits your use, or anything about the buying process. This is the fastest queue.

Warranty

Something failed or won't work

For a gimbal that won't level, a motor that grinds, a battery that won't charge, or a part that arrived cracked. Include your order number and a short photo or clip.

Crash replacement

You crashed it (it happens)

For the first-year crash-replacement program when the damage was pilot error, not a defect. We replace the airframe once at a flat parts cost, no fault investigation.

Press & reviews

Media, review units, interviews

Writing about foldable drones, the sub-250g category, or small-shop hardware? We send review units to working publications and creators. Tell us your outlet.

Wholesale

Camera shops & resellers

For camera stores, creator-gear retailers, and bulk orders for film schools or production houses. We keep the reseller list short and the terms simple.

Privacy

Data & deletion requests

To ask what data we hold, request a copy, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Accessibility issues with the site go here too.

One business day, most of the time. We answer email within one business day, often the same day. Warranty and crash-replacement claims that need a photo review can take two to three days while we figure out the fastest fix.

Where to find us

MarketDrones, LLC
1809 E. Cesar Chavez Street, Suite 120
Austin, TX 78702
United States

Our shop is a working assembly and test space, not a retail storefront — but if you're local and want to pick up an order or a warranty replacement in person, email support first and we'll set a time.

Why we don't list a phone number

We run support over email on purpose. A drone question almost always needs a photo, a clip, an order number, or a firmware version — things that are clumsy to read out loud and easy to attach to an email.

Email also gives both of us a written record of what was said, which matters when we're tracking a warranty claim or walking you through a fix. It's not about hiding; it's about actually solving your problem the first time. Every address above reaches a real person at the shop, usually within a business day.
